Available only as a tailored in-company programme, the Site management Training Scheme (SMSTS) is a high quality training course for the construction industry. Aimed at site managers, agents and supervisors, the scheme gives a thorough understanding of the key health and safety issues on site.
The course is continually revised in line with new legislation and best practice to bring candidates up-to-date with the latest health and safety developments.

What will it cover?
SMSTS is a five day course that can be taken on a day or block release basis. It trains each individual in the essential points of health and safety and shows them how to measure health and safety performance on their own site.
At the end of the course, individuals have to pass a multiple-choice test, which qualifies them for the Construction Site Managers Safety Certificate.
